Human Appeal, a charity transforming lives in the world’s poorest nations through aid and development programs, today announced it has appointed e3creative as its new digital agency.

Together both partners aim to enhance the user experience on the website, to better appeal to an international audience.
e3creative is one of the UK’s leading digital agencies, recognised for being disruptive in the creative and digital space producing exceptional digital solutions for clients, including Ascot, O2, and Stonewall, that has led to an ever-increasing number of industry awards.

Following a rigorous tender process, Human Appeal chose e3creative. Jake Welsh, Managing Director at e3creative, says:

“e3creative are delighted to join hands with Human Appeal to re-develop their digital strategy. Our efforts will be focused on increasing engagement at every step of the user's journey.”

Human Appeal sought out e3creative to upgrade the organisation’s use of technology with the intention of extending their global reach and donor engagement, as Welsh further explains:

"Having a strong online presence for any charitable organisation is critical, not only to ensure the organisation can reach out to international audiences, yet also to ensure that users can fully understand the intentions, vision and ongoing programmes run by the charity. Human Appeal's work changes lives across the world, their efforts and life changing services need to be reflected across all of their digital channels. We look forward to working with Human Appeal to deliver just that."

The partnership will involve e3creative designing, building and implementing a full new website for Human Appeal. The project involves drafting an overall strategy, revamping designs and developing a custom site with an upgraded donation gateway and use of new mobile technology.

The website is set to launch in the first week of June, in line with Ramadan. Following launch, e3creative will continue to work closely with Human Appeal to create awareness of their undertakings worldwide, as well as further grow their donor base.
