Advertising Week Europe (AWE), the continent's largest annual gathering of ad tech, advertising, creative, entertainment, marketing and media industry leaders, has revealed the 2016 evening line-up of live music and comedy.

With popular culture personalities including Jim Kerr, David Haye, Piers Morgan, Lauren Laverne, Richard E. Grant and Dexter Fletcher taking part in the daytime thought leadership programme, Advertising Week Europe's evening events give stage to established musical artists and stand-up performers, alongside emerging talent.

The main daytime thought leadership programme will take place at the brand new Picturehouse Central in Piccadilly. Evening special event venues include: Southwark Cathedral, KOKO, Ronnie Scott's, The Orangery, Kensington Palace, Lambeth Palace, Mansion House and the Soho Theatre.

The 2016 Evening Event Roster includes:

Monday 18 April
· Game of Thrones return to the airwaves, taking centre stage at the 2016 Opening Gala hosted by Sky at Southwark Cathedral
· Grammy-nominated soul singer Andra Day will perform at the Mail Brands Opening Gig at KOKO
· Plus a very special surprise Headliner

Tuesday 19 April
· ESI Media present stand-up Jack Whitehall live at Ronnie Scott's

Wednesday 20 April
· Vevo's emerging artist showcase returns to Ronnie Scott's

Thursday 21 April
· BBC's Sound of 2016 and BRIT Awards Critic's Choice winner Jack Garratt headlines the closing night at the Bing Wrap Party at KOKO, with additional music powered by Live Nation
· The Soho Theatre hosts a new closing night late show entitled "The Big Mistake" featuring Adland industry performers blending music and comedy led by co-producers Jon O'Donnell and Chris Maples

Advertising Week Europe 2016 returns to London for the fourth year from April 18-22, and registration is now open. Last year, the event attracted over 28,000 attendees, more than 10,000 delegates and over 700 speakers from across the advertising and creative industries.
