If you are active on Twitter you will have probably already noticed that the 140 character limit has been removed from your direct messages.
The change has being rolled out to the apps for Android and iOS, TweetDeck and Twitter for Mac as well as Twitter.com.
It’s a clever move by Twitter as it gives users more reason to stay on their platform for longer (and means they click on more ads).
